This program bridges that gap early through authentic mentorship, giving motivated students the tools and exposure they need to thrive.
Program structure
Duration
12–16 weeks of structured mentorship, allowing deep engagement and meaningful intellectual growth.
Format
Online meetings via video conferencing, offering flexibility and accessibility.
Sessions
60-minute sessions roughly every other week — 8 to 10 meetings across the program.
Scheduling
Flexible start dates, set mutually between mentor and student for an optimal fit.
